Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Agent in North Carolina to provide tailored insurance solutions for educators. This role offers substantial earning potential supported by a 48-month incentive package and comprehensive professional training.

Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills and 2-4 years of experience in the insurance industry. Responsibilities include relationship building and effectively presenting to clients. A dedicated Premier Service Rep will assist with client service work. Technology and training support will be provided.

The Insurance Agent works directly with the Regional Field Leader (Agency Consultant).

You possess the following:

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills while building your agency.
• 2-4 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry preferred; and
• Possess or ready to obtain Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses:
  • Life and Health Insurance License
  • Property and Casualty Insurance License
• Gain FINRA Series 6 & 63 if applicable in certain regions.
