This in‑office, client‑facing role focuses on building strong local relationships and serving the insurance needs of your community. You must hold active state licenses in Property & Casualty and Life insurance prior to employment.

Compensation

• Training salary: $55,000–$65,000
• $1,000 professional start bonus
• Estimated first‑year total compensation: $55,000–$75,000 (base, bonuses, and uncapped commissions)
• Top performers may earn $100,000+ in their first year

Qualifications

• Active state licenses in Property & Casualty and Life insurance (required)
• Prior sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required
