Comparion Insurance Agency is seeking a motivated and personable Licensed Sales Agent to join our growing team in Tampa, FL. This in‑office, client‑facing role focuses on building strong local relationships and serving the insurance needs of your community. You must hold active state licenses in Property & Casualty and Life insurance prior to employment.

Compensation

• Training salary: $55,000–$65,000
• $1,000 professional start bonus
• Estimated first‑year total compensation: $55,000–$75,000 (base, bonuses, and uncapped commissions)
• Top performers may earn $100,000+ in their first year

Qualifications

• Active state licenses in Property & Casualty and Life insurance (required)
• Prior sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required
