We are seeking a motivated and personable Bilingual (Spanish) Licensed Sales Agent to join our growing team in Tampa, FL. This is an in‑office, client‑facing role focused on building strong local relationships and serving the insurance needs of your community. Please note: This is not a remote position. You must have active Property, Casualty, and Life insurance licenses prior to employment.

Compensation

Training salary: $55,000–$65,000
$1,000 professional start bonus
Total first‑year compensation typically ranges from $55,000–$75,000 (base, bonuses, and uncapped commissions)
