Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• License readiness: must hold or be willing to obtain Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health Insurance licenses, with full training provided.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust with clients and collaborate with the team.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales: Proactively prospect and engage with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored insurance solutions.
• Meet & Exceed Targets: Consistently achieve and surpass sales goals by utilizing effective selling techniques and product knowledge.
