Job summary

The Juris Agency is seeking a motivated insurance sales agent for the Farmers Insurance Prot e9g e9 Program. You will learn the business from a mentor agent, gain hands-on training, and build your own book of business with growth potential.

Responsibilities include offering insurance and financial services, leveraging provided leads, closing sales, meeting production goals, and developing relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, and other networks.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn, be coachable and resourceful.
• Self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Career-minded with long-term growth.
• Able to handle customer rejection in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous sales/marketing/telemarketing experience.
• Property & Casualty and Life & Health license preferred, willing to assist.

• With our advertising and investments in marketing, we have an abundance of leads and need strong salespeople with a knack for closing to work them
• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.

Requirements
