Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Licensing: must possess a valid insurance license or be willing to obtain one within a specified timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Sales training: Engage in intensive sales training to master insurance products and sales techniques.
