Job summary

Fiesta Auto Insurance invites you to join our dynamic team as an Insurance Agent. You will educate clients on insurance options, assist with payments, and manage a high volume of calls while building lasting relationships.

We offer paid training to obtain your Insurance License within 30 days, uncapped commissions, and opportunities for leadership. This full-time role pays weekly with benefits including medical, dental, and vision plans, plus paid holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; AA is a plus.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Willingness to obtain a Personal Lines Insurance Broker's License.
• Bilingual- Must be able to fluently speak Spanish.
• Must have your own reliable transportation.
• Availability: Mon-Fri 9 AM–7 PM, Sat 10 AM–5 PM, Sun 10 AM–4 PM.

Responsibilities

• Provide WOW Level Customer Service to our clients.
• Meet with potential clients to assess and educate them on their insurance needs and coverage options.
• Assist customers with making payments in person or over the phone.
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Manage company leads and generate leads.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers for repeat business.

Job Description:

• Provide WOW Level Customer Service to our clients

Benefits:

• On-target first-year agents earn between $50,000 – $75,000, with senior agents earning $85,000-$125,000 annually
• Steady and consistent Weekly hours and its a Full-time position (35-45 hours per week) NO PART-TIME HOURS
• Weekly pay including Uncapped commission (paid weekly)
• Paid training to help you obtain your Insurance License within 30 days
• Opportunities for growth into leadership and expanded commission roles including DMV and tax preparation

Requirements:

• High school diploma; A.A is a plus.
• Authorized to work in the US.
