Fiesta Auto Insurance G&P is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative in Napa, CA. You will deliver WOW-level service, assist with payments, and educate clients on insurance products while growing into an Insurance Agent.

This full-time role offers paid training, uncapped commissions, a 35-45 hour week, and comprehensive benefits. Bilingual Spanish speakers are encouraged to apply; authorized to work in the US is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; A.A is a plus.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Willingness to obtain a Personal Lines Insurance Broker's License.
• Bilingual (Spanish speaking) candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
• Must have your own reliable transportation
• Availability: Monday-Friday 9 AM to 7 PM, Saturday 10 AM to 5 PM, Sunday 10 AM to 4 PM.

Responsibilities

• Ability to handle a high volume of inbound and make outbound calls efficiently
• Meet with potential clients to Assess and Educate on insurance products
