Fiesta Auto Insurance G&P Hiring in Bakersfield, CA is seeking a Customer Service Agent who will learn and grow into an Insurance Agent. You will deliver WOW-level service, assist with payments, and handle high-volume calls to educate clients on insurance products.

The role offers paid training, uncapped commission potential, and a full-time schedule (35–45 hours). Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, sick leave, vacation, and 5 holidays off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; AA degree is a plus.
• Ability to deliver WOW-level customer service and handle high call volumes.
• Willingness to obtain a Personal Lines Insurance Broker's License.

Requirements:

• High school diploma; A.A is a plus.
• Authorized to work in the US.

• Availability: Monday-Friday 9 AM to 7 PM, Saturday 10 AM to 5 PM, Sunday 10 AM to 4 PM.
