The Justin Higgins Agency in Burnsville, MN is hiring an Insurance Agent to grow our client base and contribute to a high-performance sales culture. You will earn a base salary plus unlimited commissions, with paid pre-licensing and a clear path to advancement, including potential ownership.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in sales or insurance, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a willingness to obtain the required Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty or Life & Health license.
• Teachable, growth-focused attitude.
• Ability to manage leads and use CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Generating new business by identifying prospects, conducting outreach, and converting leads into policyholders.
• Consult with clients to assess needs and recommend coverage solutions.
• Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life and Commercial policies.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through ongoing support and policy reviews.
• Meet and exceed sales targets to drive agency growth.
• Stay informed on product options and compliance standards.
• Manage leads and renewals using CRM tools.
• Participate in team meetings and sales strategy sessions.

Responsibilities

As an Insurance Agent, you will play a vital role in fueling our agency’s growth and building your own rewarding sales career:

• Generating new business by identifying prospects, conducting outreach, and converting leads into policyholders
• Consult with clients to assess their needs and recommend personalized coverage solutions
• Sell and cross-sell insurance products such as Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through ongoing support and consistent policy reviews
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets that drive both your success and the agency’s growth
• Stay informed on product options and adhere to all compliance and regulatory standards
• Effectively manage leads, customer follow-ups, and renewals using CRM tools

Requirements
