Qualifications

• Life, Accident and Health license (required prior to appointment).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prospect and train new independent agents.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new customers through field activities, referrals, leads and current policyholders.
• Present and sell insurance products; support delivery of sales objectives in the assigned area.
• Identify and help appoint new independent agents; accompany them on sales calls and assist in setting up business.
