• Business plan and cash flow analysis (with AAA guidance)
• Completion of a 4-week virtual training
• Approved office space
• Proof of $75K investable capital (seasoned for 60 days)
• Ability to pass background, criminal, and financial checks
• At least 2 licensed staff members
