Agency Launch Bonus

  • The Agency Launch bonus is paid once the candidate launches a fully compliant AAA-branded agency: $20,000

Marketing Reimbursement

  • Paid to Agency Owner: $20,000 ($5,000 per quarter)
  • Paid over the first 36 months, measured quarterly
  • Starts in year 3 (month 25)

Strong Support Throughout the Process - Our EA model is designed to serve members’ needs. We carefully select, interview, and assist in agency location placement. We provide step-by-step guidance, comprehensive education (including in-person and virtual training), and resources to help you grow and manage your agency effectively. Our network of experienced EAs and business experts is available to support your development. Your AAA recruiter can review specifics with you.

Agency Owner Overview - This opportunity is for self-motivated, results-driven individuals interested in building a profitable, multi-line insurance agency. You should have relevant business or industry experience and sufficient capital to ensure your agency meets AAA’s service standards. You will sell property and casualty, life insurance, AAA memberships, and other products to a loyal client base.

Agency Owner Requirements:

  • Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance Licensing (preferred but not required). If not licensed, you must obtain these at your expense.
  • Complete a Business Plan and Cash Flow Analysis (AAA provides guidance).
  • Attend a 4-week virtual training with live instruction.
  • Secure AAA-branded office space approved by AAA.
  • Proof of $75,000 investable capital (seasoned for 60 days).
  • Pass background, criminal, and financial checks.
  • Employ 2 licensed staff members.

Products include:

  • AAA Memberships for autos, bicycles, RVs, motorcycles, with access to roadside assistance and discounts.
  • Property & Casualty Insurance: Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, Flood, RV, Boat, Motorcycle, Commercial Lines, plus brokered products from top carriers.
  • Life Insurance: Term, Universal, Whole Life, and Annuities, with AAA Life’s A- rating from A.M. Best.
