Agency Launch Bonus

• The Agency Launch bonus is paid once the candidate launches a fully compliant AAA-branded agency.

Strong Support Throughout the Process - Start with a solid foundation: The EA model is designed to serve the needs of our members. Considerable thought, data, and research go into our candidate selection, interview process, and agency location placement. We provide EAs with assistance on launching and developing their agency into a sustainable, profitable business year over year. Step-by-step assistance includes a detailed deployment plan ensuring compliance with AAA protocols and standards. Comprehensive education includes in-person and virtual training covering core business skills, sales, customer service, products, and systems. Resources are available to help you grow and evolve, such as recruiting licensed staff, managing financials and cash flows, developing business plans, and accessing a network of experienced EAs and business experts. Your AAA recruiter can review specifics with you.

Agency Owner Overview - This opportunity is for self-motivated, results-driven businesspeople interested in building a profitable, multi-line insurance agency. You should have relevant business or industry experience and sufficient capital to deliver the service AAA and our members expect. You’ll own and grow an insurance agency serving new and prospective AAA Members, selling property and casualty, life insurance, AAA memberships, and other products to a well-defined, loyal client base.

Agency Owner Requirements:

• Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance Licensing, preferred but not required. If not held, must be willing to obtain at candidate's expense.
• Review and complete the Business Plan/Cash flow analysis (AAA provides assistance and guidance).
• Participation in 4-week virtual training with live instructors.
• AAA-branded office space – must be approved.
• Proof of $75K investable capital (not franchise fee). Funds must be seasoned for 60 days.
• Pass background check (criminal history and credit/financial check).
• Must have 2 licensed staff members.

Products include:

• AAA Membership – offering auto, bicycle, RV, and motorcycle programs. Membership provides roadside assistance and discounts on dining, shopping, hotels, rentals, travel, and auto care.
• Property and casualty insurance – Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, Flood, RV, Boat, Motorcycle, and Commercial Lines. Access to brokered products from multiple carriers to serve diverse needs (varies by state).
• Life Insurance – Term, Universal Life, Whole Life, and Annuities. AAA Life Insurance Company has an A- rating from A.M. Best (as of September 2016).
