Job summary

Oliver James Group is seeking a VP of Operations in Denver, Colorado to lead critical growth initiatives across the organization. This broad, hands-on role focuses on building infrastructure, improving processes, integrating businesses and technology, and guiding teams at the executive level.

The ideal candidate combines strong operational leadership with insurance-industry experience and is comfortable moving between strategy and execution. Applied Epic experience is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive operations or general management experience.

• Manage key vendors, including selection, negotiation, performance and optimization.
• Oversee back-office functions, systems and processes supporting growth, including finance, administration, compliance and technology.
• Lead operational due diligence and post-acquisition integration, coordinating systems, processes, people and data.
• Drive systems integration, automation, reporting and technology initiatives that support scale.
• Applied Epic experience strongly preferred, particularly implementations, integrations, data migration or process optimization.
