Qualifications

Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license.
Active Pennsylvania Life & Health license.
Five+ years of experience in agency leadership or high-level sales.
Deep knowledge of commercial and personal lines coverage.
Proven ability to grow a profitable book of business.
Experience with agency management systems and digital marketing tools.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily agency operations in Scranton while maintaining high-quality customer care.
Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to achieve growth targets.
Cultivate long-term client partnerships and understand risk management needs.
Identify opportunities for agency expansion and streamline processes.
Serve as lead ambassador for The Atlantic District in the local business community.
Review financial performance to ensure profitability and sustainability.
