• Coursework or interest in Insurance, Financial Services, Marketing, or related fields.
• Ability to collaborate in a team and work independently
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
• Good prioritization, time management, and attention to detail

• Assist the agency in achieving business goals with agreed expectations.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service regarding insurance options, coverages, policy changes, transfers, and billing.
• Educate customers about insurance options using a needs-based approach.
