As a team member, you will contribute energy and a marketing perspective to help build success together and potentially transition to a full-time position after the internship.

Formación

• Eligible internship: full-time student enrolled in undergrad or post-graduate program.
• Interest in Insurance, Financial Services, Marketing, etc.
• Ability to work in a team and also independently.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the business goals of the insurance agency with mutually agreed upon expectations.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service across inquiries about insurance availability, coverages, changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
• Educate customers about insurance options using a customer-focused, needs-based review process.
• Communicate effectively to meet customer needs and support business development.
