Qualifications

• Interest in Insurance, Financial Services, Real Estate, Marketing, etc.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills for building relationships

Responsibilities

• Assist the business goals of the insurance agency with mutually agreed upon expectations.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service including inquiries about insurance options, policy changes, billing, and claims.
• Educate customers about insurance options using a needs-based review process.
• Promote the development of the business through effective communication with customers.
