Responsibilities

• Make decisions on desirability of business and diversification of agency business.
• Appointment and cancellation of agents and manage agency book of business.
• Assist underwriting procedures and facilitate relations between departments and agents.
• Meet with prospective and current customers with agents to recommend coverage and pricing.
• Train agents on Farmers Alliance rating products and technology.
• Collect delinquent agency accounts and handle final audits.
• Support conventions, agency schools and sales meetings.
• Gather information for rate changes and commissions; support state team meetings.
