We are seeking a driven, entrepreneurial professional to pursue a Principal Insurance Agent opportunity in Omaha, Nebraska. Represent the agency at community events and professional networking opportunities.
Collaborate with district leadership, underwriting teams, and carrier partners.
Use agency management systems, digital sales tools, and performance data to manage growth.
Recruit, develop, and lead agency team members as the business expands.
Maintain all required licenses, appointments, documentation, and compliance standards.
Nebraska Property and Casualty Producer License preferred; willingness and ability to obtain the required licensing is necessary.
Previous experience in insurance, sales, business development, account management, leadership, or business ownership is strongly preferred.
