Combined, a Chubb Benefits Company, seeks an Agency Coordinator in Massachusetts to prospect and meet with customers, selling insurance products within a defined geography and supporting sales objectives.

You will help identify and appoint new independent agents, accompany them on sales calls, and provide field training to build their understanding of the sales process and drive growth.

Qualificações

• Life, Accident and Health license required prior to appointment.
• Ability to prospect and meet sales targets.
• Knowledge of company products and sales process.

Responsabilidades

• Individual and Group Sales including personal and team production.
• Agent Field Training: train and accompany independent agents, develop understanding of the sales process, set appointments.
• Mentor and coach established Agents, report operation issues in setting up new business.
• Execute the Sales System to meet or exceed assigned sales goals.
