Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license.
• Solid understanding of insurance policies, coverage options, and state regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Strong comfort level with digital documentation and agency management software.
• Experience in building professional relationships through face-to-face interaction.
• Ability to explain complex insurance concepts in plain, accessible language.

Responsibilities

• Meet with community members in our Easton office to discuss their specific protection needs.
• Analyze current financial situations to recommend policies that provide meaningful security.
• Prepare and deliver clear quotes that help clients make informed decisions about their coverage.
• Manage policy renewals and answer questions about existing accounts with patience and clarity.
• Maintain accurate client files and ensure all documentation meets industry compliance standards.
• Network within the Easton area to help grow our local footprint and support our neighbors.
