Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience (contract sales, banking, mortgage, B2B).
• Active Property & Casualty license is a bonus but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients to understand their property and casualty insurance needs.
• Develop tailored insurance proposals and present them effectively to prospective clients.
