McCluskey Chevrolet in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an Insurance Agent who will guide clients through auto and other insurance needs, offering expert advice and outstanding service at every step. In this role you will talk to vehicle buyers and leads, verify coverage, provide quotes, and tailor protection plans while building lasting relationships with carriers.

You will cross-sell where appropriate, manage client communications, and ensure timely follow-up to deliver reliable, compliant insurance

Qualifications

• 2+ years of successful personal lines sales experience.
• P&C and/or L&H Insurance license for OH, IN, and/or KY.
• Ability to service Spanish-speaking clients is a plus.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Excellent communication/people skills.
• Confidence and ability to take initiative.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.

Responsibilities

• Talk to clients purchasing a vehicle or leads and verify auto insurance or offer a comparison quote.
• Utilize warm leads to reach out to prospective clients.
• Gather and analyze information about new clients.
• Cross-sell to help clients find the right insurance solutions.
• Manage client relationships and communications with carriers.
