Responsibilities

• Quote home and auto insurance policies accurately based on each client's needs.
• Present coverage options clearly, without jargon, so clients understand exactly what they're buying and why.
• Close warm, referral-based leads provided by the agency — no cold calling required.
• Onboard new clients smoothly, making sure paperwork, payments, and policy details are handled correctly.
• Keep CRM records current and accurate after every client interaction.
• Collaborate with agency team members to ensure a consistent, high-quality client experience.
• Stay current on P&C carrier products, rates, and relevant coverage changes.
