Job summary

The Juris Agency is seeking a motivated, customer-focused professional to join our agency team. You will build relationships with clients, answer questions about coverage, and help the agency grow by solving problems and delivering outstanding service.

On-Target Earnings are $75,000-$125,000+, with base pay plus commissions and bonuses. The role offers a Mon-Fri schedule, PTO, career growth opportunities, and a 401(k) with matching.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of State Farm agency experience.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Self-motivated with strong sales and service focus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up.
• Licensing requirements: Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers.
• Assist customers with coverage questions, policy changes, billing, claims, and other service needs.
• Conduct insurance reviews and help customers understand their coverage and options.
• Identify opportunities to better protect customers with additional products and services.
• Follow up with customers and prospects consistently.
• Generate leads and schedule appointments for additional insurance conversations.
• Take ownership of customer needs and follow through until they are resolved.
• Maintain accurate and timely customer records.
• Work with the team to achieve individual and agency goals.
