Qualifications

• Competitive and internally motivated.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized and capable of managing a large pipeline.
• Utah Property & Casualty license preferred; ability to obtain licensing.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage an active sales pipeline.
• Follow up relentlessly and professionally.
• Write $40,000+ in new business premium per month.
• Develop multi-policy client relationships.
• Generate referrals from satisfied clients.
