Job summary

Redwood Credit Union is seeking an Insurance Administrator in Santa Rosa, CA to assist Members with the sale and service of ancillary insurance products. You will provide exceptional customer service, relay quotes, collect documents, and coordinate with carriers to process claims and renewals.

Your responsibilities include maintaining accurate paperwork, updating reports, and supporting the Insurance Department to achieve sales and service goals while working with branches to promote insurance

Qualifications

• Knowledge of financial and insurance products.
• Excellent service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize.
• Proficient PC skills including Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to Members.
• Assist with insurance quotes, paperwork and claims processing.
• Coordinate with carriers for quotes, binding and renewals.
• Update reports and maintain accurate records.
• Support branch staff in promoting insurance services.
