Job summary

Redwood Credit Union is looking for an Insurance Representative to provide inside sales support and service to RCU Members. The candidate must have an active Property & Casualty Insurance License, with duties including addressing coverage issues and facilitating insurance transactions.

We value strong communication skills and a detailed-oriented approach. The position offers a starting salary range from $30.00 to $40.00 per hour with various benefits including competitive medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Qualifications

• Must have an active Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• An active Life or Life/Health Insurance License is a plus.
• 3+ years of sales and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers.
• Quote and bind new policies from leads or from the existing insurance book.
• Maintain client files in the AMS and process all transactions and documentation.
