• Accurately document account and policy information across multiple systems per guidelines.
• Address billing inquiries and assist with claims via email and phone.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of insurance coverage and forms related to products.
• Collaborate as part of a team to achieve department and company goals.
• Stay flexible and meet deadlines; complete other projects as assigned.
