Job summary

Brotherhood Mutual Insurance Company in Fort Wayne, IN seeks an Account Specialist I - Affiliates to deliver exceptional customer support through service inquiries, on-boarding new affiliates, and policy renewals. You will work with clients and agents by phone or email, process changes, address billing questions, and document information in our systems.

A high school diploma and at least one year in insurance or related field are required, with license eligibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum one year experience in general business, insurance, or related field.
• Must hold or be willing to obtain P&C or L&H agent license.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate policy renewals and changes.
• Communicate coverage needs with clients or agents via phone or email.
• Document account and policy information across multiple systems.
• Address billing inquiries and assist with claims.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of insurance coverage and forms.
• Work as a team member to achieve department goals and overall company goals.
• Must maintain a flexible attitude and a drive to meet deadlines.
• Complete other projects as assigned.
