Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required.
• 2+ years of accounting, internal audit, or financial statement audit experience.
• Public accounting or insurance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review journal entries and analyze financial results by partnering with business units.
• Coordinate general accounting tasks to ensure training, process documentation, and deadlines are met.
• Improve efficiencies in workflows and reporting for Specialty Clients business.
• Prepare and analyze commission and contingent commission results and share with Sales and stakeholders.
• Prepare or review accrual entries supporting monthly contingents within close timelines.
• Review contingent and incentive commission payments ensuring contract terms are met and data validated.
• Monitor and review complex reconciliations; participate in ad hoc analyses and projects as needed.
