Role Description

As an Insurance Account Position - State Farm Agent Team Member with Steven Wang - State Farm Agent, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our State Farm insurance agency. Your proactive approach, sales aptitude, and commitment to building lasting relationships with clients will set you apart. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on identifying customer needs, delivering tailored insurance solutions, and exceeding sales goals.

In this role, you’ll combine exceptional communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and a passion for helping people. You’ll have the opportunity to develop professionally while contributing to the agency’s success. We are eager to meet driven, sales-focused candidates who are eager to grow within our agency. Please note, this position requires prior State Farm experience.

Responsibilities
  • Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities.
  • Educate clients about insurance products and recommend appropriate coverage options.

  • Maintain accurate client records and manage policy updates efficiently.

This is a remote position.

Compensation: $25.00 per hour
