We are hiring an Insurance Account Representative who wants to grow a sales practice among the people they live near — neighbors, local business owners, and families whose lives we are part of every day. This is local sales with real relationships at the center.

Pay range: $60,000-$80,000 per year

This range reflects expected total compensation—including base salary, commissions, and bonuses—when performance goals are met. Base salary varies based on experience and licensing. Commissions are uncapped, and high performers regularly exceed this range.
