Role Description

As an Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Donald Clarke - State Farm Agent, you play a vital role in our daily operations and customer success. Your responsibilities include building meaningful customer relations, acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments, and proactively marketing relevant products and services to improve our customers’ lives. We seek an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional eager to grow their career and community.

Responsibilities

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Respond to customer inquiries and make outbound calls.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to obtain insurance licenses if not already licensed.
• Previous customer service experience required.
• Sales experience of 2+ years preferred but not required.
• Detail-oriented with multitasking abilities.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
