RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establish new customer relationships and provide insurance products as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service. Communications will include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the growth and development of our business.
• Achieve mutually agreed upon sales goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Relationship building skills
• Property and Casualty License 2-20 or Customer Service license 4-40 required
• Able to obtain a Life/Health License
• Interested in marketing products and services based on customer needs
