Over the years, I’ve prioritized stability, loyalty, and genuine relationships, resulting in exceptionally low turnover—just 12 hires in 29 years, with several team members staying until retirement.
Today, our close-knit team consists of two dedicated team members who embody the same family-focused values that guide my leadership style. I am married with three kids, and I lead with kindness, integrity, and respect, fostering a supportive and people-oriented environment.
