The Troy Peterson State Farm Agency is seeking an Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for a full-time, Byron Center position. You will deliver exceptional client experiences, handle inquiries, and coordinate with the agency team to support community members.

• Self-motivated and proactive in sales and service.
• Excellent communication skills to assist customers and coordinate with team.

Responsibilities

• Brainstorm new ways of drawing in business
• Seek out prospects who may be in need of our product
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
• Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.
