Responsibilities

• Prepare renewal surveys for account management review.
• Update AMS and renewal information in agency systems.
• Prepare loss summaries and gather loss runs.
• Process policy changes, binders, ID cards, filings, and account income forms.
• Provide rating support for workers’ compensation and auto programs.
• Coordinate policy delivery to clients and assist with special projects.
• Assist with audits, system renewals, and coverage changes.
• Support other departments to maintain client relationships.
