Job summary

# Account AssociateMedia, PA 19063## Description# Primary FunctionAssist team members maintain assigned clients. Promote ongoing client loyalty through adherence to ECBM service standards. Provide technical and processing support to clients and team members1. Prepare initial Renewal Survey for account management review as required for renewals.2. Update AMS and other agency systems with renewal information and prepare initial renewal applications for account management review.3. Prepare loss summaries for account management. Assist in ordering any missing loss runs.4. Perform system renewal needs within ECBM standards.* Review certificate list with client renewal information and delete unnecessary or uncovered certificate holders.* Provide binding documents, ID cards, filings, account income forms, and other required documentation.* Provide surplus lines filing support.* Assist with preparation of allocations, spreadsheets, dummy bills.* Monitor Flood and Bond renewals* Notify other departments of client service needs or important policy conditions, including but not limited to accounting, claims, etc.5. Order and review policy changes on assigned clients.6. Participate in Reporter functions as designated7. Process and invoice audits8. Provide back up to Quality Management Team for processing functions for assigned book of business. Adhere to ECBM quality and performance standards in a manner that promotes ongoing client satisfaction.9. Provide rating support to account managers including state fund or assigned risk programs in Workers’ Compensation and Automobile.10. Assist all clients, departments or associates when required to maintain firm’s relationships and good standing.11. Coordinate policy delivery (electronic and/or paper copies) to clients12.
