• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service through inquiries, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims submissions, and billing clarification.
• Field inbound calls and establish customer relationships and follow up as needed.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Use exemplary communication to meet the needs of customers while promoting business development and customer retention.
• Prospect and develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Generate new insurance business by identifying potential customers through provided leads, networking, and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure continued satisfaction and uncover gaps or concerns.
