State Farm Agent team member position in Cumming, GA seeks an outgoing, career-oriented professional to build relationships and promote auto, home and life insurance. You will educate customers using a needs-based process, develop leads, schedule appointments and identify customer needs while meeting sales goals.

The role offers salary plus commission/bonus, profit sharing and paid time off, with growth potential within the agency. On-site work schedule Monday–Friday, no weekends.

Position Overview

State Farm Insurance Agent located in Cumming, GA is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join their team. As a State Farm team member for Dave Harden - State Farm Agent, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance.

• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Requirements

• Sales experience (outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
