Job summary

OneDigital is seeking an experienced insurance professional in Irvine, CA to support Account Executives and service our client accounts. The role focuses on renewals, client inquiries, policy administration, and coordinating with underwriting to keep processes timely and accurate.

You will work with AMS / Applied / Epic systems, prepare proposals, issue binders, and manage invoices for new and renewal policies, while maintaining client contact and delivering reliable service.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of insurance experience.
• Property & Casualty license or eligible.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Ability to navigate AMS / Applied / Epic systems.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist Account Executive in marketing and servicing clients within the account team
• Lead the renewals process by overseeing underwriting, account executives, and clients to ensure the process is moving smoothly and on time.
• Build relationships with clients and have the ability to answer basic insurance questions
• Maintain appropriate business contact with client
• Assist with issuing insurance binders
• Process invoices for both new and renewal policies
• Update the AMS/Applied/Epic system and the shared drive to reflect changes during the coverage term
• Complete surplus lines filings
• Complete preliminary policy checking for all accounts and submit change requests to the underwriter
• Renew binder extensions
• Follow up on open activities
• Obtain premium finance quotes
• Obtain flood zone determinations and NFIP quotes where applicable
• Complete proposals for clients or collaborate with Account Executives on client proposals
• All other duties and projects as assigned
