Job summary

The Baldwin Group, CAC, the leading insurance broker and advisor, seeks an Account Manager to support the Account Executive and Producers on Select Client and Portfolio Solutions. You will market and service new and renewal business, coordinating with production teams and carriers to ensure successful client renewals.

Key duties include renewal strategy discussions, certificate handling, quote sending, and inputting data into EPIC.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3+ years of P&C insurance experience.
State license required or obtained within 60 days of hire.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Assist Account Executive and Producers on Select Client, Portfolio Solutions book with marketing and servicing new and renewal business.
Coordinate with production team and carriers to facilitate client renewal.
Discuss renewal strategy with A/E and prepare renewal outputs.
Prepare for renewal outputs: review certificate holder list and provide to client.
Send quotes to client and obtain bind order as needed.
Follow up with carriers for policies and endorsements.
