Job summary

CAC Group, part of The Baldwin Group, is seeking an experienced service professional to manage day-to-day operations for an assigned book of business and deliver outstanding client service.

You will partner with Producers to market renewal business, review contracts, interact with carriers and clients, process policies and invoices, maintain records in Epic/CSR24, and uphold confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Five+ years of experience with insurance.
• State license required; may be obtained within 60 days.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Participate in day-to-day operations of a service team and the assigned book of business.
• Assist with marketing new and renewal business to grow the book of business/round out accounts.
• Handle insurance requirements on contract reviews.
• Interact with carriers, underwriters, and clients to provide data and information for decision making.
• Maintain client records within Epic, CSR24, and other 3rd party vendor software as appropriate.
• Take on issues of medium complexity with growing responsibility under supervisory direction.
• May be responsible for specific accounts within the team’s book of business.
• Review documents issued by insurance company for accuracy; submit incorrect documents for revision.
• Other duties as assigned.
