Job summary

The Baldwin Group's CAC is seeking an Account Manager to support the Select Client, Portfolio Solutions team in marketing and servicing new and renewal business. Hybrid role in Birmingham, AL will coordinate with production teams and carriers to ensure successful renewals and client satisfaction.

You will work with Account Executives and Producers, prepare renewal outputs, review certificates, quotes, and policy documents, and maintain EPIC records while meeting deadlines and ensuring accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of P&C insurance experience required.
• State license required, or obtained within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist Account Executive and Producers on the Select Client, Portfolio Solutions book.
• Coordinate renewal activities with production teams and carriers.
• Prepare renewal outputs, certificates, and inputs for EPIC and CAC systems.
• Follow up with carriers and brokers to ensure policies are current and accurate.
