Insurance Advisors of St. Louis is seeking a New Business & Sales Support professional to partner with sales producers, analyze risk profiles, prepare submissions, and secure quotes from carriers in the St. Louis area.

The role involves educating clients on coverage options, presenting proposals, closing deals, and coordinating renewals and endorsements. A Missouri license within 30 days is required, with five days per week in the office.

Qualifications

• License required or in progress; Missouri license within 30 days of employment.
• Office-based role requiring five days on-site presence during business hours.
• Experience in insurance sales/support and client relations preferred.

Responsabilités

• Prospect and submit marketing data to obtain carrier quotes.
• Educate clients on coverage options and policy exclusions.
• Present proposals, negotiate terms, and issue binders for new policies.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities to round out existing accounts.
• Process endorsements, policy changes, and routine billing inquiries.
• Compile renewals data and assist clients with securing optimal coverage.
• Advise clients through the claims process and coordinate with adjusters.
• Attend team, client, and carrier meetings to maintain relationships with underwriters and partners.
• Maintain accurate client files in the agency management system.
