Steve Gales - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Manager to support daily operations and customer success in Sheridan Township, South Dakota. You will grow the agency through meaningful customer relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and office departments.

You will propose relevant insurance products, conduct policy reviews, and resolve complex issues while maintaining strong retention and growth through proactive service and outbound touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.

Responsibilities
